  I usually stop at the 24/7 gas stations because they are normally truck stops with a lot of options of snacks, car equipment, excetera. Today, I stopped in to get a drink & a phone charger. I accidentally purchased the wrong charger. sorry, I'm sick & wasn't fully paying attention. I came back in immediately to exchange the charger & was willing to pay $26 just for a USB chord to my iPhone. But my exchange really seemed to put the older man behind the counter out. Originally he was friendly & upbeat, when I told him I needed to exchange it, then his mannerisms changed. He handed me a slip to fill out for the exchange. I scanned over it & was curious as to why I was required to write down my home address, and phone number (because I worked at a gas station before & never had to do that) so I asked. That was the wrong thing to do, he got annoyed & even got the other employee involved. If I was treated in a understanding manner I would have paid $26 for a phone charger, instead I went down the block to kwik shop & paid $14 for a 6ft charger & I will continue to go there.
